Cancellation Policy
15mins late automatically cancels your appt. If you are not able to make your appointment please notify me 24 hrs in advanced. I do understand things happen out of our control and your deposit will be credited to your next booked appointment. This does not apply for same day cancellations, no shows, or late clients. Clients are only allowed to reschedule ONCE. Appointments must be rescheduled within the same month of cancellation. NO CALL/NO SHOWS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO BOOK AGAIN!!! Deposits must be paid 24hrs prior to appointment, no deposit no appointment.
